Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders within the USA:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated time: 5-9 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated time: 3-5 business days

Please note, delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day (Monday–Friday)

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $9.90 (Free for orders over $70)
  • Express Shipping: $19.90

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders over $70.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note that holidays or unforeseen delays may affect the delivery timeline.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available during delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package. In cases where the package is returned to us, the customer must contact us to arrange redelivery and will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@jelly-mask.us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
