Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@jelly-mask.us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@jelly-mask.usÂ
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
